We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our e-commerce fulfillment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established procedures
- Ensure orders are packaged and shipped securely to minimize damage
- Communicate with customers and team members regarding order status and any issues
- Monitor inventory levels and flag stock needs so products stay in stock
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Support any location that may need help
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 1+ years in a warehouse or similar environment a plus, not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift 10–50 pounds regularly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant computer software
- Strong attention to detail; works independently and as part of a team
