As we continue to grow, we are seeking Graphic Designers (junior through senior) to aid in year-round product development for apparel graphics and hard goods. These positions also assist in print and online marketing campaigns, retail store design, and media advertising. The ideal candidate is a team player who is adept at working on many creative and technical projects at once, designing across print and digital — from the company's printed publications and clothing design to social media platforms and applications.
Basic qualifications
- 3+ years experience in graphic design and conceptual development, or an extremely strong art portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required
- Works well under tight time constraints to assure timely delivery of projects
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Critical attention to detail (strong follow-up and follow-through)
- Portfolio required at time of interview; references required
- Proven skill in conceptualization, spacing and scale, and visual presentation development
Preferred qualifications
- Expertise in current graphic computer technology and programs
- Experience with T-shirt printing and brand development
- Awareness of current fashion trends and the collegiate look and feel
- Drawing/sketching, typography, color theory
