From the end of football season through the holidays and bowl season, our stores, warehouse and online orders run at full speed — and we're adding seasonal team members to help.
Seasonal team members are placed where the business needs them most: on the sales floor at any of our Lubbock stores, in the warehouse keeping product moving to the stores, or helping pick, pack and ship online orders. Tell us on your application where you'd most like to work.
What you'll do
- Help fans find the right gear and keep the store fully stocked, clean and merchandised
- Run the register and support gift-giving with fast, friendly service
- Restock, receive and move product between the warehouse and five stores
- Pick, pack and ship online orders accurately during our highest-volume weeks
- Pitch in wherever the day takes you — game days, holiday rushes and special events
What we're looking for
- Outgoing, dependable and quick to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- A high level of enthusiasm for Texas Tech University
- Retail, warehouse or customer service experience is a plus, not required
Physical requirements
- Standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
- Ability to lift up to 20–50 pounds (fixtures, product boxes)

- Seasonal, part-time — flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, nights and game days
- Available through the holiday and bowl season
- Great seasonal team members are often invited to stay on after the season
- Able to travel to other stores within Lubbock
